Center for Contemporary Printmaking

Silent Auction

The Auction and Party began with a Silent Auction, a showcase of all the prints selected by CCP staff from artist printing sessions.   The artwork was on view in the gallery downstairs and in the studio space upstairs.

An important component of the Silent Auction is the selection of original prints made by young artists during the Youth Monothon and Outreach Monothon (Pulling for the Arts) this year. These images are on view in the Lithography Studio and Anthony Kirk's Studio.

How the Silent Auction Works
On the night of the Auction and Party, each guest receives a bid number. To place a bid, the guest writes the bid price and bid number on the card provided beneath the work. Guests are encouraged to bid on the works they are interested in early in the evening. Bidding closes promptly at 8 pm! Purchased work is available to take home after the Auction and Party is over.

Refreshments will be served throughout the event, courtesy of our generous donors.
