| This workshop will explore both watercolor and aquarelle crayon monotypes utilizing screen-printing techniques. Artists can create unique prints as well exploring the layering possibilities for overprinting on drawings, prints or other media. Other basic silkscreen techniques will be introduced such as color blends, ghost printing, and simple registration techniques. Open to artists of all levels. Christopher Shore received his MFA in printmaking from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He has studied printmaking techniques in Venice and Florence, Italy and has shown his work internationally. His work explores many types of traditional and non-traditional printmaking techniques. Chris is the Associate Printer and Workshop Manager at CCP. |
