This introductory workshop covers the essentials for presenting art images professionally. Participants learn the industry standards required for gallery submissions, web page loading, and print formatting, and more; a must for every artist who wants to spend time creating instead of organizing art.

Each participant needs to bring their own laptop loaded with Microsoft Word and Excel (or Apple I Works), a flash drive (memory stick) and a selection of images on which to work. Knowledge of Microsoft Word is helpful.

This workshop covers cataloging collections of images, preparing a database of clients names and contact information, and mail-merging the database for correspondence or online marketing.
